A 19-year-old male presented with a history of restricted flexion of the digit and physical evidence of a mass on the volar side of the digit. This radiograph demonstrates multiple, calcifying nodules lying within the tendon sheath volar to the proximal and middle segments of the digit that has the appearance of a chondroid tumor. At the time of surgery, there were multiple loose pellets of cartilage in the teno-synovial space with a slight fluid collection surrounding them.
